Who will work on the project at least occasionally. Who have the desire to learn and help other colleagues. Who can accept positive criticism and the advice of your mentor. You don't have to have the best equipment, although good equipment is of course an advantage. The church environment is usually less illuminated, many events take place in the evening - and these place certain demands on the equipment used.

- Prepare 40 photos
- We will contact you. If we have a mutual understanding in the interview, your photos are promising, your technical equipment is usable and we do not receive negative references to your previous photographic work, we will invite you to a weekend workshop.
- Attend a weekend workshop
- At the end of the workshop, sign the Author's Agreement and the Cooperation Agreement
- Your six-month trial period begins
After the trial period, we will formally evaluate your portfolio, request references and decide on your full accreditation.
